Lauren is a connector and believes that movement is empowering.You'll find her teaching mindful movement, coaching runners, organizing events, and teaching anatomy to yoga instructors.When she isn't teaching, you'll find her on the roads and trails in the Portland area, or on her mat (probably upside down).

#NPYoga is back! Yup, we're bringing back your monthly yoga session.
#NPYoga is for all levels, it's FREE, and we've changed locations! We've partnered with our good friends at Milestone Running Shop in North Park to host #NPYoga - which. is. awesome.
So here's the deal - 
1. You MUST sign up ahead of time by getting a ticket here as space is limited.
2. If something changes and you cannot go, please release your ticket so someone else can get their stretch on.
3. Wearing #grassrootsgear is highly encouraged.
4. BYOMat (they sell some at Milestone if you're in need of a new one).
5. Be ready to #justshowup and have a great time. 
May's edition of #NPYoga will happen Friday 5/13, 6:29-7:29AM.
