Use this link to sign up for the first dose or booster shot of the COVID 19 vaccine and you are 18+ or a parent of a minor. All minors, ages 12 -18, need to have a parent present at the time of vaccine. If anyone under the age of 18 is not accompanied by a parent, their appointment will be cancelled and they will not receive the vaccine.

Vaccine: Pfizer, Moderna, J & J

There are no J & J boosters at this time.

Allotment is based on state allocation and Doylestown gives whatever vaccine is available. If you take this appointment, you are confirming you will take whichever vaccine is given that day.

The required second dose will be 21 days apart. Please make sure you are available for the second dose if you choose this date. Your second dose appointment will be made during your first dose.

There are no scripts required.

If you are receiving a booster, we will only be providing these for those 65 years of age or older, compromised immune system and healthcare workers. Boosters should be 6 months after your second dose. You need to show your vaccine card at time of appointment. We will not allow you to get a third dose without your vaccine card.

If there are no more appointments available, please use Bucks County as well as retail pharmacy chains, which are also providing the vaccine. They do not require prescriptions for boosters at this time.

This appointment is confirmed by receiving an Eventbrite ticket via the email that you supply when registering. If you do not receive this ticket, you do not have a confirmed appointment.
