Nourishing Parenthood

Join us for a free informational workshop at Birthstone Breastfeeding & Wellness Center, put on by Nurse Family Partnership of the Southwestern Child Development Commision and United Healthcare. You will gain knowledge about nutrition during pregnancy, the benefits of breastfeeding, and how to introduce solids to your baby when they are ready. You will receive a free gift along with handouts to keep. We understand the importance of a healthy start for you and your little one, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
