In a world that constantly asks women to keep going, many of us have become disconnected from ourselves.
Living in overstimulation.
Looping thoughts.
Stress.
Pressure.
Emotional overwhelm.
Always thinking. Rarely pausing.
An invitation to step out of that noise for a few hours and return to something calmer, softer and more grounding.
Hosted by Bridget and Siobhan, the day brings together food, self-awareness, meaningful conversation and intentional slowing down in a calm, welcoming space.
Bridget will guide the hands on cooking, centred around vibrant, nourishing plant-focused food and a more enjoyable, realistic approach to eating and creating meals at home.
Together we’ll explore:
- adaptable meal ideas
- flavour combinations and dressings
- creating meals without relying on exact recipes
- a more flexible approach to food
We’ll prepare and share a nourishing lunch, creating space to slow down and enjoy eating together.
Alongside this, Siobhan, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach, will gently guide conversations and reflections around the power of the mind, emotional wellbeing and the unconscious patterns that quietly shape how we live, think and feel.
Together we’ll explore:
- limiting beliefs
- looping thoughts
- stress and overwhelm
- the nervous system
- self-connection
- and how becoming more aware of our inner world can begin to change the outer one
This is not about fixing yourself or striving for another version of “better.”
It’s about creating space to pause long enough to hear yourself again.
To reconnect with your body.
To become more conscious of the thoughts shaping your life.
To nourish yourself more intentionally, mentally, emotionally and physically.
