So many of us in business are juggling a hundred balls and wearing a thousand hats. Maybe we don’t eat enough, or eat too much, or eat poorly because we’re so overwhelmed. On top of this, we have our home lives to manage too. Our nerves are fried.
And we KNOW it’s not good and not sustainable, but we’re too busy to pause and recollect ourselves, or create a plan for how to find a balanced sweet spot. And so we go on neglecting our health and wellbeing to make ends meet, but we also know that by burning the candle at both ends, we will burn out - or worse.
This workshop—taught by nutritionist Lilly Lloyd—will show you how to nurture yourself as a small business owner. The goal is to teach you simple, achievable ways you can use food, movement and mindset to give you more stamina, better focus, and the ability to perform well for clients, teams and family- without sacrificing your own wellbeing.
