About this event

Introducing the basic concepts of Qi Gong, a slow movement practice that originates in China, this class features movements and postures that help purify, tonify, and circulate Qi (pronounced “chi”, meaning energy) within the body. Participants will learn how to “tap in” and feel their Qi for reduced pain, better body mechanics, increased range of motion, improving mood, and boosting energy. It is a gentle, standing practice, which makes it especially accessible for elders and anyone with limited mobility. Each class will end with sound healing to support you in nourishing your qi.

About Nicole:

Elisa "Nicole" Jackson is the owner of Healthy Soul Wellness LLC. She has been practicing healing arts for over 15 years. She is a Master Energy Healer, Certified Health Coach, a Womb Wellness Practitioner, and Massage Therapist. Nicole began her path as a healer by studying Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master in 2007. A few years later, she discovered the powerful self-healing practice of Qigong while attending a Qigong retreat with her mentor, Wayne Chandler, in 2011. She discovered Pranic Healing and studied with Masters Steven Co, and Marilag Mendoza. Nicole now practices a more intuitive style of healing and channels higher frequency light energies and tones, as given by her guides during sessions.

In 2013, Nicole decided to become a Certified Health Coach to assist her clients better after noticing that food and lifestyle often came up during healing sessions. She integrates her knowledge of energy work, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care into her healing practice.

The desire to heal her womb from pain and trauma led her to the Yoni Steam Institute. There she would become a Certified Yoni Steam Practitioner. Her dive into the feminine healing arts would eventually take her on a six-week sojourn to Thailand to learn Tao Tantric Arts. During that journey she became a Sacred Femininity Facilitator and a Certified Healing Love and Level 1 Qigong Instructor through Universal Healing Tao (UHT).

Most recently Nicole became a Certified Yin Yoga Teacher with the Body-Mind-Soul Centre and holds a certification in Womb Yoga Dance, as taught by Queen Afua. With the healing tools she’s acquired over the years, Nicole ultimately desires to free women from the energetic bondage that holds their joy, creativity, and pleasure hostage. She coaches and empowers women to live radiantly healthy, abundant, and blissful lives.

Today, Nicole teaches both Qigong and yoga classes and conducts workshops on self-care, energy wellness, sound healing, and sacred femininity. In addition, she has taught classes for corporate organizations, non-profits, schools, and government agencies. Ultimately, Nicole aims to raise the collective consciousness by helping people reclaim their power to heal, connect to their unlimited potential, and live joyfully as the divine and creative beings they are.
