Cristina briefly introduces Off Worque, the event theme, and partners
Facilitated breathwork session (5–10 mins) to ground the group

Opening Remarks + Breathwork Session

Cristina introduces the Inside Then Out partnership
Guests begin journaling using provided prompts 
Ambient music + quiet reflection time

Guided Journaling: “Notes to Self”

Open mic-style sharing
Small group discussion or whole group reflection on journaling insights, mental wellness, and life after MHAM
Cristina or moderator can offer thought starters if needed

Conversation Club: Reflect + Share

Final thoughts or affirmations shared
Invite guests to stay connected (via Off Worque membership or email list)
Casual chat + time to finish coffee/tea or connect with others
