Camping is included at the Hanksville Fire Station with registration fee. If you don't want to at the Fire Station there are 2 lodging options in town.

𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 –
We will be staying at the Hanksville Fire Station. It has a large 1/2 football field size of grass with a dirt road surrounding the entire field. We will have running water and honey buckets included in cost of registration.
𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 –
Many locals and visitors will be carpooling. We will provide google sheet to help facilitate everyone's transportation.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Northwash 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀?
The Rendezvous begins on Thursday evening, May 16th, when everyone will gather at the fire station for the welcome ceremony. We will be running canyons on May 16-19 (Friday through Sunday). If you are flying to visit us, we recommend booking the last flight out on Sunday or flying out Monday morning (preferred).
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗲?
We will be based at Hanksville Fire station. RV and tent sites available on the grass or parked around the grassy area.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴?
We will be running canyons in Northwawsh BLM area. Poison Springs, Angel's Cove Slot, Irish canyons, Hogwarts, Morocco, No kidding and Woody if water levels are up. All beta for these canyons can be found on Road Trip Ryan and or Blue Gnome
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲?
The Rendezvous is open to anyone., beginners and advanced. Don't worry if you don't know UT canyons, we know these canyons very well and can help you select an itinerary suited to your canyoning experience.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘇𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗜 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲?
We strongly recommend arriving on Thursday evening and staying through Sunday (locals too!) We will be hosting a welcome ceremony, skills clinic, social events, a potluck Friday night and a catered dinner from Duke's slickrock Grill Saturday night.

Please plan to fly into Salt Lake City International Airport it is a 4-hour drive to the venue without traffic.

Thanks for asking! We’ll put a call out for leaders in the coming weeks, and of course we’ll gladly welcome folks who want to do things like coordinate the potluck, etc.
