🔹 Currently majoring/minoring in Psychology or another behavioral science field of study?
🔹 A Behavioral / Life Coach, LMSC or Social Worker?
🔹 Have experiential or specialist knowledge of abuses and/or traumas?
🔹 Enjoy collaborating with others globally?
🔹 Able to commit at least 10 hours a week to volunteering?
Join us virtually for Norm Therapy® Career Day at Abuse Refuge Org (ARO)! You do not have to be a behavioral science student or a licensed or certified therapist of any kind to enter the role of a Norm Therapy® Intake Specialist (NTIS) Candidate - we will train you through our comprehensive program to provide our trademarked service of Norm Therapy®.
During this event, you will learn about our mission of training NTIS Candidates to help Victims & Survivors (V/S) by offering a hand up to those willing to help themselves, while guiding a V/S through an elaborate process of gaining clarity on their past and/or present circumstances so they can find their truth - which is their 'normal.'

An NTIS Candidate should place a high value on these qualities along with compassion, empathy & apathy, integrity & confidentiality.
In the first half of this event, we will be discussing everything you need to know to pursue a career path with Norm Therapy® - from volunteering with ARO to participating in our comprehensive NTIS Training & Certification Program - along with a group interview. In the last half of the event, you'll learn more about career pathing and the next steps for joining us as we revolutionize the Abuse Care Community!
