Join Canopy Atlanta, Rough Draft and some of Norcross’s most revered chefs for the Norcross Talk & Taste from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Lillian Webb Park
Local restaurateurs will share the secrets, inspirations and techniques to their cuisine and give exclusive details not covered in our recent story “Why restaurateurs flock to Norcross’s diverse food scene.” The panel and tasting will help celebrate the launch of Canopy Atlanta’s new Norcross Issue, which features stories on the challenges facing seniors in the community, Norcross traffic woes, the various cultural elements that define the city and much more.
The writers and editors behind the story will host an engaging panel with chefs Ernie Hines of Spice the Americas and Phú Nguyen from Nam Phuong. Once we’ve covered the talking, it’ll be time for tasting! Each of the chefs will offer up their favorite menu items for attendees.
