Join me for a rejuvenating and serene yoga experience on the stunning beach of Martil. As a passionate yoga instructor, I invite you to immerse yourself in the tranquility of the sea as we practice Vinyasa yoga, meditation, and breathwork together.


What to Expect:

Our session begins with gentle Vinyasa flow, synchronizing breath with movement to energize the body and calm the mind. As the waves gently crash against the shore, we will find balance, strength, and flexibility, connecting mind, body, and spirit.


Meditation and Breathwork:

After our invigorating yoga practice, we will transition into a peaceful meditation session, allowing you to quiet the mind and find inner peace. Guided breathwork techniques will help you deepen your practice, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Option 1: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Sunrise session)

Option 2: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Option 3: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Evening Sessions:


Option 1: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Sunset session)

Option 2: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

What to Bring:

  1. Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat for the session. If you don't have one, a beach towel can also be used.
  2. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the session by bringing a water bottle with you.
  3. Sunscreen: Protect your skin from the sun by applying sunscreen before the session.
  4. Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for movement and flexibility.
  5. Hat and Sunglasses: Protect yourself from the sun by bringing a hat and sunglasses.
  6. Towel: Bring a towel to wipe off any sand or sweat during the session.
  7. Open Mind and Heart: Come with an open mind and heart, ready to connect with yourself and nature.
