The Tasting Menu
Curated and prepared by Head Chef Marcos Juarez, this elevated tasting features 8 masterfully crafted courses, showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients, bold flavors, and refined technique. Each course is designed to flow seamlessly, creating a thoughtful and harmonious culinary journey.

Expect the unexpected—like an “oyster martini” where dish and cocktail become one, a “book of butterflies” inspired by a BLT sandwich, as beautiful as it is delicious, and a whimsical dessert that plays with guilty pleasures: nachos, reimagined in brilliant chocolate and mango. These imaginative creations blend artistry with nostalgia and surprise, making each bite a delightful discovery.

Meet the Talent Behind the Experience

Marcos Juarez
Marcos discovered his passion for cooking early in life and pursued it immediately after high school by enrolling in culinary school. He has since explored various cuisines and kitchens, but found his deeper purpose in the delicate art of sushi. His commitment and artistry led him to earn Houston’s only Michelin recommendation for sushi—a hidden gem known only to true culinary insiders.

Hao Ma
Honed through years of hands-on experience in some of the most iconic bars in Houston and Las Vegas, Hao has become known for his precision and bold creativity. Through his brand, Spirited Monk, he curates exclusive high-end events, secret speakeasies, and intimate gatherings, where each drink and every detail is intentionally crafted to elevate the guest experience.
