<p>In early 2022, an anonymous survey was created by a handful of designers in the built environments sector, endeavouring to uncover a current snapshot of female experiences within the Adelaide architecture industry.  After an overwhelming response, we've decided to host a small and intimate exhibition to acknowledge the experiences of these female architects and designers. It also aims to question the normalised industry cultural practices and to highlight issues preventing career longevity in the profession. The survey asked personal questions around career progression, work culture, mentorship, overtime pressures and work life balance.</p>
