Nomination Night

Launched in January 2015, CreativeMornings / Cleveland is one of 200+ chapters of the global breakfast lecture series.  Together, the chapters function as an ultra-accessible on-going creative conference with one event featuring one speaker in each city every month, free to attend and captured on video to share with the world.CreativeMornings Cleveland events take place the third Friday morning of every month at different venues all over the city. <P CLASS="p1"><SPAN CLASS="s1">In Cleveland, CMCLE is held the third Friday morning of every month at different venues in a constant exploration of our city. We feature local culinary artisan breakfast and coffee, live music performances, original art by local designers, startup pitches for anything our community is making, and a short talk from a successful creative person, all filmed to share with the g<I>lobal</I> CreativeMornings community online. There are currently over 200 chapters of CreativeMornings around the world. <P CLASS="p5"><SPAN CLASS="s1">At NOMINATION NIGHT we post upcoming event themes on idea boards and encourage our community to connect and post names of people in their circles to the upcoming topics posted around the room. The process sparks conversations about hundreds of the most fascinating Clevelanders and leaves<SPAN CLASS="Apple-converted-space"> our plate full with unexpected, and interesting stories that form the next year's CreativeMornings program. Historically, more than half of the speakers featured each year are introduced through Nomination Night. This all takes place over drinks, music, and art shown by our community over the course of an evening. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P CLASS="p5"><SPAN CLASS="s1"><SPAN CLASS="Apple-converted-space">Guests to Nomination Night are past speakers, partners, artists, and entrepreneurs who could be great speakers for CreativeMornings themselves and it is encouraged to self nominate if a theme is fitting to your work. We've found that whether you believe you can contribute to this process or not, everyone knows someone who has been an inspiration in their life and could very well be an inspiration to others. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
