Cashless, paid parking is available in the Wells Street Parking Structure and the N 16 Street Parking Structure. If a garage is full when you arrive, street parking is also available. Please be prepared to pay street meters with coins or use the MKE Park app.

Upon arrival, proceed to the Symposium Help Desk in the lobby of the Alumni Memorial Union. Please have your digital Eventbrite ticket available to be scanned by event staff.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Attendees are encouraged to travel light and not bring unnecessary bags or belongings with them. However, digital Eventbrite tickets will be needed for check-in.

Do I need to stay all day/attend all sessions?

No, while we encourage you to stay for our entire program, we understand schedules are busy. Attendees may come and go as their schedules allow.

Is hospitality available?

Yes, light continental breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverage service will be provided for in-person attendees. Additionally, guests who attend the post-event reception can enjoy a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks with light fare hors d'oeuvres while networking.
