DESCRIPTION

An educational overview on how Hepatitis B is transferred between mothers and infants, recommendations to prevent transmission, and the efficacy of the Hepatitis B and HBIG vaccines.

Employees seeking reimbursement for educational expenses must obtain their manager's approval through AccessHR.   • Waitlist: Order of approval on a first-come, first-served basis.

REFUND

  • FULL REFUND for cancellations at least 2 weeks prior to course date.
  • NO REFUND for cancellations less than 5 days prior to course date.
  • For SCH Employees: NO SHOWS or cancellations on the day of class are considered unexcused absences. Managers will be notified. A medical note may be required in the event of illness or medical emergencies.
  • Cancellation by CPEI: Schedules, venues and details are subject to change and cancellation. Registered participants will be provided with as much advance notice as possible if this should occur. If CPEI cancels class, full refund will be given.
