Our camp is designed to provide a fun and safe environment for kids to learn and improve their ninja skills. Led by experienced trainers, including actual American Ninja Warriors, participants will receive expert guidance and coaching throughout the camp.
During the camp, kids will have the opportunity to tackle a variety of exciting obstacles, such as the warped wall, salmon ladder, spider wall, laches, rope climbs and many more. They will learn essential techniques, build strength, improve agility, and enhance their problem-solving abilities.
This camp is not just about physical training, but also about fostering teamwork, perseverance, and self-confidence. Participants will have the chance to bond with fellow ninja enthusiasts, share their experiences, and support each other in a positive and encouraging Christian faith based atmosphere.

Lost Island Warrior is a 25,000 square foot ninja warrior obstacle outdoor training gym with over 40 obstacles all designed for kids ages 5-13!

CAMP/CLINIC DIRECTOR: Suzanne Himka is a Certified Ninja and Strength coach and has been coaching ninja warrior summer camps for the past 6 years in the Colorado Springs area. She has been a tester for American Ninja Warrior 3 years and has competed and won on a popular TV Show “American Gladiators” and won Amateur Female Ninja Wolfpack Tour, Top Five Strongest Ninja in the World and OCR World Age Group Champions. She loves to bring fun and fitness together with ninja and encourages kids to conquer obstacles and be warriors both on and off the course!
Jaleesa Himka ((AKA Ninjaleesa) competed on Season 15 of American American NInja Warrior and hit her first buzzer and advanced to National Finals in Vegas in a win against Jesse Graf and also competed in Season 1 of American Ninja Warrior Junior Jaleesa is ranked top ten strongest teen athletes in the world, and set a world record in the 100M obstacle race in Belgium for World Championships. She also has won the OCR World Championships in the 3k, 15K and 100 M as well as the FINA 2 time Ninja Speed World Champion You can check out her instagram @ninjaleesa.himka
Glenn Albright is a former 400M track and field hurdler at the University of Northern Colorado and has competed on American Ninja Warrior for 5 seasons (10.11,12,15, 16). He has competed at a world championships level in the 100M in Philippines and was selected as a competitor for the Elite Pro 100M TEAM USA in Belgium this year. His most accomplished moment was hitting a buzzer on American Ninja Warrior Season 15! He is an amazing coach and brings his passion for coaching to all ages! Bring a labeled water bottle that keeps water cold, there are not water fountains but we will have water refill containers Be sure your child wears sunscreen we wil be both inside and outside
Yes your child will get to be coached by several American Ninja Warriors who have hit buzzers on the show. They will get to meet Jaleesa who beat Jesse Graf on Season 15 and Glenn Albright who hit a buzzer and went up against Kaden Lebsack.They will also train with top Colorado Ninja athletes!
No, we will teach beginners how to do basic ninja skills and we will help all levels of ninja including intermediate and advanced levels ages 5-13
We welcome all races, backgrounds and faiths at our camp but we play Christian music during our camps and we pray at the start and end of every camp and during last day at awards ceremony we do a presentation that explains how to overcome obstacles to help kids understand how much God loves them
We spend some time inside on obstacles and some time outside on bounce houses and obstacles and parkour. This gives a good variety of sun and also a backup in case of rain. We have a 25, 000 square foot outdoor facility and a 4500 square foot indoor facility full of obstacles just like the TV show.
