Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi: Information Session 2: 6:30-7:30

Nightingale Housing create apartments that are socially, financially and environmentally sustainable. We believe homes should be built for people, not profit. Nightingale Umarkoo Wayi is our first project in Coburg.

This information session is the last session before we open the ballot. Alongside Kennedy Nolan, we will present the individual apartments, the ballot process, pricing, key dates and general finance requirements. The evening’s session will conclude with a Q&A.

The ballot will open after this session, which includes a selection of 12 homes and a ground floor commercial space.

Designed by Kennedy Nolan and built by Cobild, we are proud to see this community take shape. This project is under construction and due for completion towards the end of 2025.

This session is an in-person event held at Balam Balam Place, a new community centre designed by Kennedy Nolan. Balam Balam Place shares colour and material themes with Umarkoo Wayi.

The building is wheelchair accessible. If you require an Auslan interpreter or other accessibility requirements, please email info@nightingalehousing.org when you buy a ticket.

100% of ticket profits will be donated to Wurundjeri Land Council.
