Eastern Kentucky native Nicholas Jamerson is among an esteemed group of today’s artists who have shaped, redefined, and expanded the notions of Appalachian and Southern music, and reminds people why they love it and enjoy its many splendors. A founding member of the legendary duo Sundy Best, he has made his mark on the most hallowed stages and events in the region, from the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium to Americana and Master Musician Festivals, and shared the stage with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Steve Miller Band, and Chris Stapleton. Jamerson’s songs are known for their attention to the natural world, warm hearted characters, and the plight and triumphs of the modern-day hillbilly. He is joined by his band The Morning Jays, comprised of gentlemen from across the state lines of Kentucky and Tennessee. A blend of country, rock, folk, bluegrass, r&b, and 4-part harmony, their sound is tailor-made for square dances and summertime.

See them live at Almost Famous Wine Lounge, an award-winning, new tasting room and venue located on Vasco Road in the heart of Livermore's wine, spirits and brewery district. Almost Famous Wine makes fifteen wines in diverse styles, and earned over 50 top industry awards since our debut in 2021.
