The Next Step Class
We started this class because we heard over and over again, my kids are grown or almost grown, what will I do next?
We are so connected with our children’s needs that we lose sight of what is important to us. This class is designed to jumpstart your thinking. It helps you remember what makes your heart race and gives you a concrete plan to take that “next step.” It allows you to rediscover your passion - what you like to do for you!
Whether you’re dropping your child at full day kindergarten, taking your teenager to college, are in desperate need of a career change, or looking at new volunteer opportunities, our Next Step class works!
How it works
In the first session, we meet with a small group of 4 women around coffee and couches for about an hour and a half. In this incredibly relaxed setting, we ask questions, we listen, and we give you a supported place to rediscover you. There are no wrong answers and it is a trust-based environment where nothing leaves the room.
In the second session, we meet with you one-on-one for about 30 minutes. We give you a week to reflect on what was said during the first meeting. We ourselves spend that week reflecting on your answers as well, researching and developing a personalized plan of action, which includes suggestions, strategies and links to possible next steps. Included in this second session is a professional headshot, which is touched up and presented to you ready to go for social media, branding and a new LinkedIn profile.
