Next Level Roundtable - May 2026
Discuss Dare to Lead and how courage, trust, and accountability strengthen leadership under pressure.
Next Level Leadership Roundtable - May 2026
Dare to Lead - Brené Brown
The Practice of Courageous Leadership
The Leadership Roundtable is a structured, discussion-based session for professionals who want to examine how courage and trust shape effective leadership.
In this session, we’ll explore key ideas from Dare to Lead and apply them to real workplace situations. Rather than summarizing the book, the focus will be on thoughtful discussion and practical reflection — examining how leaders show up under pressure, take ownership, and build credibility over time.
Participants are expected to have read Dare to Lead and come prepared to engage. The conversation will center on real examples from the room, allowing space to consider where greater clarity, accountability, or vulnerability may strengthen leadership impact.
Sessions are intentionally kept small to support candid dialogue and meaningful peer insight.
Come prepared to share one idea from the book that challenged you — and one leadership behavior you are actively working to strengthen.
