This is not a book summary. Participants are expected to have read the book and come prepared to engage in thoughtful discussion.

Together, we’ll apply the book’s ideas to real professional situations — identifying which habits truly move the needle, how systems influence behavior more than motivation, and what small shifts could create meaningful momentum over time.

Sessions are intentionally kept small to allow for candid conversation and practical insight.
