<DIV>The homegrown flavor of local lamb will be the star of the show, which kicks off with a crash-course in kebabs and leads up to an over-the-top take on a lamb burger.  Guests will enjoy bites fresh off the grill, concoct their own condiments, mix up their own spice blends, and sip delicious Belgian-inspired brews from <A HREF="https://www.allagash.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Allagash Brewing Company</A>--including <SPAN>White, River Trip, and Curieux</SPAN>. And as a parting gift, everyone leaves with a pound of American lamb to throw on their grill at home!<BR></DIV>
