Event Format:

Two rounds of what & who networking via breakout sessions.

'What' Breakout Session (5 Min): Kick off the event with a dynamic five-minute session where you'll be placed in a breakout room with five fellow business owners and professionals. Each person will have one minute to share their elevator pitch, explaining what they do. This is your chance to succinctly present your business and services.

'Who' Breakout Session (25 Min): Transition to a more personal connection with the same group. In this five-minute session, each participant will share a 'Show, Don't Tell' story that highlights a quality, virtue, value, or personality trait. This is your opportunity to show who you are through a compelling personal story.

Why 'Show Don't Tell' Personal Storytelling? In business, the saying goes, "We do business with people we know, like, and trust." 'Show Don't Tell' storytelling allows you to demonstrate your personal traits, values, virtues, and lessons learned through vivid, engaging personal stories. It's about connecting with others on a "Who" relationship level rather than just a "What" content level. Craft stories that show, rather than tell, who you are, using descriptive language and sensory details to immerse your audience in your experiences.
