Join us over the next 4-months for something different! While we live in a society where stress is the norm – learn a different way to de-stress – within a Jewish framework!!
We’ll be gathering to learn meditation techniques & Jewish texts – that can guide us in our daily living in relationship to ourselves, each other, & the Divine.
This group is for anyone, from beginner to experienced meditators. Each session will build upon the previous, but you're welcome to try out just one session or just us for all four.
Each session will have a 25-minute guided meditation, a short learning, singing, & time for group reflection & individual sharing. All of this will be followed by tea, schmoozing & more!
