Village Day Sunday, September 29, Noon - 4 PM

Come to the party of the year! The Newtonville Area Council (NAC) proudly presents its annual village day celebration -a day full of family, fun, food, music, and art featuring our local talent and businesses.

We will have over 75 craft and vendor booths, tasty treats from area restaurants, and family activities throughout the day. Games, crafts, and train rides will be available for the kids. Local musicians and student performers will entertain us on two stages. Mayor Fuller will be present to cut the ceremonial cake ( from Icing on the Cake), and as always, general admission is FREE!

Vendor Booth Information:

All equipment and displays, including a tent with weights, tables, and chairs, must be provided by the participants.

Booth space is limited to a 10 X 10 foot space. Electricity is not available.

Please note that we do not have the resources to provide tables or tents for vendors; therefore, you are responsible for bringing your own table and a tent with weights to protect you from the sun or rain. Since it is usually windy in late September, we strongly advise you to bring weights to hold down your tent.

Booth assignments will be distributed at the NAC tent at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Walnut Street, the location of the former Senior Center Building, at 10:00 am on the day of the event. Booth set-up begins at 10:15 am and must be completed by 11:30 am. The section of Walnut Street between Newtonville Avenue and Cabot Street will be closed to traffic and parking; you may enter Highland Avenue via Lowell Avenue to unload only. Parking for the event is available on Washington Street.

Online payment is preferred, but vendor checks will be accepted. Please send your check to Newtonville Area Council, Dana D'Agostino, 321 Walnut Street, Box 452, Newtonville, MA 02460

All food vendors must have a permit from the Newton Health Department on file. Please contact the Newton Health Department at 617-796-1420 for more information.
