What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds for hiTechMODA events. If you are unable to make it, we will credit you for a future hiTechMODA event, to be used within one calendar year.

Is parking available?

Hard Rock Hotel has valet parking. Hotel Edison offers valet parking for $75 (self park $55) for 24 hrs for a standard vehicle with no in-and-out privileges. Oversized vehicles are $85 or $95 (self park $65 or $75, depending on size of SUV) for 24 hrs with no in-and-out privileges.

Is there accessible seating?

hiTechMODA strives to be all-inclusive, including ensuring our guests with specific needs are accommodated in accordance with federal, state, and city law and just because it's the right thing to do.

If the designer/model I want to see is rescheduled for a different showtime, what about my ticket?

We will be happy to transfer your ticket to the new showtime. Simply contact us and let us know and we will gladly assist you in making the change.

Are backstage passes available?

No. Due to the size of the venue backstage area, and for the safety of our designers and models, we do not allow the general public or press backstage.

If I purchase a VIP Sofa seat, how many people can I bring with me?

Each ticket for a VIP Sofa is for one person only. Each sofa seats up to 3 people, so if you wanted the entire sofa, you would need to purchase 3 VIP Sofa tickets.

Is photography allowed?

Yes. We ask that you refrain from using a flash of any kind as it interferes with the official photography and videography.
