Freedom Tours Coach Lines is hosting New York City Bus Trips now in the Summer. If you have attended our previous NYC trips to Manhattan during the Holidays, you now have the opportunity to experience a new season and enjoy the beautiful summer weather.

Join us for a fun-filled day exploring the Big Apple. The event will kick off 30 minutes before departure time for attendee check-in. We will board our bus at Walmart Super Center, 2448 Chesapeake Square Ring Rd., Chesapeake, VA, and depart at 12:05 to start our adventure.

Can children come?

Yes, this is a family event. Each child will be required to have a paid seat.

Can I bring food?

Light snacks and water will be provided. If you wish to bring a snack of your choice or soda, you are more than welcome to. We ask that any soda brought or purchased have a closed lid or screw-top.

Are pillows and blankets allowed?

By all means, yes! We want you to be comfortable, it back, and enjoy the ride.

Can I reserve a particular seat?

Seats on the coach are first-come, first-serve. We ask parties traveling together to arrive together so they will have a chance to sit together.

Will I have a different seat on the way back home?

The seat you sit in on the way to New York will be the seat you ride in on the way back home.

Can I leave items on the bus?

Yes, you can leave items on the bus, however, we ask you not to leave any items of value such as electronics, etc... behind. Freedom Tours cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items from the bus.

Can I bring a cooler?

Coolers are welcome, however, due to safety issues, all coolers must be stored under the coach. Coolers are not allowed to be left on coach seats.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

I can't go, can someone go in my place?

There is a $10 transfer fee to transfer any tickets to another person.

Can I leave on a different date or from a different location other than what I booked?

After any booking or reservation, there is a $15 transfer fee for each ticket to be changed to a new date or location

I made payment to the wrong trip, what do I do?

Payments made to any trip other than the original reservation will only be transferred to where the original deposit was paid. Deposits will not be transferred.
