<p>Join Dani and Hailey for a morning of sweat, breath, and community, as we shake off 2020 and step into the new year with clarity, intention, and our WHOLE selves. In this 90-minute virtual experience, we will use strong, cathartic movement, nourishing breathwork, self-reflection and group connection to release what we don't need to carry and ground back into our power to catapult us forward in 2021. Let's start off the New Year showing up for ourselves with a strong community by our side.</p><p>15% of proceeds from this event will be donated to Black Women's Health Imperative, an organization that has spent the past 35 years dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of Black womxn and girls through signature programs, initiatives and advocacy outreach on health policies. </p>
