Will there be food and drink served at this event?

Accepted Answer

Yes there will be a vegetarian lunch as well as snacks and tea provided. Please let us know your food allergies.   Also please bring a hot cup/thermos for tea as well as a water bottle.

What do I need to bring with me?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a journal and writing utensil as well as a water bottle for cool temp water and a hot cup for hot drinks like tea.  Please also wear layers of clothing as we will be doing much of our work outside in the fresh air and sometimes the weather can go from hot to cool and back again.

Question 3

Will this take the place of therapy?

Accepted Answer

This retreat is not to take the place of clinical therapy.  This work is known to be transformational but the hosts are not clinicians.  Come to this retreat with an open mind to supplement the work you may already be doing with your clinicians.   Often, a day at the retreat can move mountains.

Question 4

Can I show up late or leave early?

Accepted Answer

This works best for our participants when they block off the whole time for the event. See if you can challenge yourself to show up early and leave a few minutes after the event ends.  You don't want to be rushing there or rushing out.  You may make a new lifelong friend and also take extra notes.

Question 5

Will I have to participate in every exercise we do?

You do not have to participate but we ask that you do come ready to jump in and put your whole self into the work.  It can be quite fun and fascinating and when we put in our full effort we then can see the transformation start to happen.

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds. Please note that there are limited spaces and we want everyone who signs up to show up and get the most out of this beautiful experience.

Question 7

What is the parking situation?

Accepted Answer

Please show up with at least 5-10 minutes for parking. There is no parking lot but you can park either side of the street outside of the location.  You will receive the address of the event once you've paid for your spot.
