The New Year is a great time to reflect on where we are at the moment, and where we want to go. But often, people begin the year thinking things like, “This year I want to lose weight”, “This year I’m going to stop shouting at my kids”, or “This year I’m quitting smoking.” All these promises are well intentioned, but they focus on our bad habits! New Year’s Resolutions suck because we focus on what we don’t want and when we focus on a “problem”, it grows.To be able to create changes that will improve our quality of life we need to be focusing not on what we’re moving away from, but on what we’re moving towards! We need to create an enticing future – something we get excited about, something we can’t wait to make happen! And it needs to be in alignment with who we are – it can’t be based on other people’s expectations of us, or on some old script we keep repeating.At the New Year Evolution Workshop, I’ll guide you to create an empowered, exciting and fulfilling 2020 that&#x27;s in alignment with your purpose and is focused on the greater good. This workshop isn’t about setting resolutions, it’s about committing to your own self-expansion so that you continue to grow and bring more value to the world! You’ll leave with a vision of the year you want to create, why it matters for you to create it, and you’ll even create a strategy with the concrete action-steps you need to take to make your vision reality!At the New Year Evolution workshop, you’ll break through the barriers of self-doubt that have been holding you back from taking that next step towards your self-expansion. You’ll learn to consistently deconstruct the fear that pops up and tries to stop you in your tracks.
