About Coach Kairina

I've been a fitness coach for over 5 years and when I had my daughter, I realized how little I knew about pregnant and postpartum fitness. I had a really difficult recovery and felt so lost in all the inconsistent information out there. Add that to having experienced symptoms I didn’t even know existed, which made getting back to exercise that much more difficult and I felt like I lost a piece of my identity. Many tears and a lot of middle of the night research led me to get certified in Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism. My experience sparked a huge passion in me that led me to leave my corporate job to pursue fitness full-time, specifically pregnant/postpartum/mom fitness. I started with a 6-week return to fitness class last year and also work with moms 1-on-1. And now I’m so excited to start this ongoing class for all stages of motherhood.

Classes will incorporate breathwork and exercises that support the core and pelvic floor while also building strength in functional movements and adding in fun conditioning pieces. This class is NOT about "bouncing back" but rather building strength and confidence and pushing boundaries of what you may think is possible. We do this all while keeping a non-intimidating atmosphere (that's why I'm limiting it to Moms-only... because only moms understand what it's like to be a mom).
