This is the annual boot camp training for new staff taking up the reins of their school's meal programs. This two-day training is to help managers be successful in their new position and go over the many changes regarding how breakfast and lunch must be managed.

The first day will be an intensive session on the meal pattern and the filling out of production records.

The second day will focus on all the other aspects involved in managing the federal programs, including what the Administrative Review of the program looks like.
