Join us at Luv 2 Dance Studio for a transformative experience involving movement, breathwork and a stillness/soundbath experience that'll leave you wondering why you ever do anything else.
This in-person community event is intended to help you connect with your breath and find inner peace in an increasingly chaotic world. Each event in the series will focus on harnessing the energy of the new moon to set intentions and manifest your desires. Release stress, increase clarity, and tap into your true potential with our skilled instructors. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unwind and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit. Frequently asked questions
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, an eye mask (if you have one), a water bottle, and lip balm for your comfort during the session. Having Crystals, Essential Oils, Hape, Sage or Palo santo present will generally enhance the experience but are not required.
Doors open at 5:30 PM to allow ample time for you to set up your space and settle in before the event begins.
The event officially starts at 6:00 PM. We recommend arriving a bit early to ensure you have enough time to get comfortable.

We'll begin by discussing the theme of New Moon & it's relevance to breathwork, then we'll move through some gentle yoga, followed by a dynamic breathwork experience and sound bath.
No prior experience is necessary. This session is designed to be accessible to individuals of all levels, including beginners.
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement during the yoga session. Layers are recommended to ensure you can adjust your temperature as needed throughout the experience.
It's best to avoid heavy meals immediately before the session to prevent discomfort during the practice. However, a light snack or meal a few hours beforehand is perfectly fine.
While there is no strict age requirement, participants should be comfortable engaging in gentle movement and relaxation practices. Attendees who are being disruptive will be asked to leave out of respect for our others participants.
Yes, feel free to bring any additional props or equipment that you find supportive or comforting during yoga, breathwork, or meditation.
