Join us on Friday, 7/5, starting at 8:00 p.m. for our Summer Night Dreamscape Sound Bath!
A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that will ignite your senses. It intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY.
We will be using a variety of instruments, including a crystal bowl, tuning forks, Native American flute, harp, guitar, tongue drum, sitar, tambura, didgeridoo, a variety of soundscapes with ambient tones, and more. Participants can expect to hear a full range of sounds and instruments for the length of the entire session.
This sound bath event lands on the night of the New Moon. A new moon is commonly known as a time to initiate new beginnings. If you are in need of any kind of healing or realignment, whether it be physically, emotionally, or spiritually, this is a great time to set an intention. You can expect to feel deep, soothing relaxation, which will help you feel renewed and rejuvenated as we move into the summer months.
- The event will begin with a meditative walk down the path of silence to the pyramid.
- 15-minute breathing exercise to set the mood, calm the nervous system, and synchronize breathing.
- Next will be a 30-minute restorative yoga and chakra activation with tuning forks.
- Then a guided meditation/visualization sound bath.
- We will finish with a fire and intention ceremony.
- Feel free to bring your own mat and/or blanket; otherwise, they will be provided. All are welcome to join us for this amazing experience!
