Each sound bath starts off with an intuitively created practice to start off mindfully and powerfully.
Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different frequencies to bring you into a state of deep meditation while increasing self-healing.
There are many tools utilized during these practices.
For this event, will be focusing on the seven chakra crystal singing bowls, horizon gong, element chimes, and drumming.
