Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring anything?

Ideally, you will want to bring something to lie on to make yourself comfortable for the duration. Most typically bring a yoga mat or sleeping bag, or you can even bring a bed roll or the like. It's completely up to you and your comfort. You may also want to bring a pillow, eye mask, or blanket.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing, whatever that looks and feels like for you.

What if I don't want to lie down?

Chairs will be provided, if desired, though you are also welcome to sit on the floor. In that case, you may wish to bring a pillow, meditation cushion, or blanket.

If I sign up and can't make it, can I get a refund?

If you are unable to make it and payment has been made prior, please reach out and you can use the payment for a future sound bath.

Can I attend if I am pregnant?

There are different beliefs on the matter and you can find more information with a quick Google search. No instruments will be placed on the body, so that is not a concern. Please let Beth know if you are expecting, though.
