Join Chelsea & Hylong for a reiki-infused, restorative yoga, sound bath with breathwork, guided meditation, and journaling prompts for intention setting. The workshop opens with breathwork and a guided meditation to set intentions for the month to come. You will then be guided through a restorative, yoga-nidra practice while bathing in a sound healing concert of gongs, crystal bowls, and healing instruments galore.
