While this is a floating sound bath in a pool; participants will not be swimming or get wet , as each will be rested on an oversized float for the duration of the experience. Guests are urged to wear comfortable athleisure or loose fitting clothing; you may opt to wear a bathing suit as well.

When should I arrive?

We ask that all guests arrive no later than 7:15, to ensure the offerings can begin promptly at 7:30, as guests will need time to be gently rested onto their float. Traffic is heavy in this area, so we suggest programming the address into waze in advance to ensure your best arrival

What do I need to bring?

You may bring a water or towel; floats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided. An open heart and mind for the transformative benefits is suggested ;)
