New Moon Circle

Anyone else overwhelmed with self-caring? With our world growing busier and more stimulating every day, we are often fighting our calendars to pencil in some "me-time." We don't always need to take a week of vacation and buy an expensive flight to come home to ourselves. We can do it on a regular basis with the women around us, in person or virtually. Welcome to Women's Circle, a space where you can drop into reflection and sisterhood, right here right now. And with a group of powerful ladies around you, prepare yourself for something truly special.

Join Women's Circle as we come together in reflection under the New Moon. Anyone that identifies with the female experience is welcome.

Tribune Tower

***** PLEASE NOTE: D﻿OORS CLOSE AT 2:10pm *******Hey Girl! We can&#x27;t wait to have you for July&#x27;s New Moon. This container offers a nurturing space for women to come together, connect, and embark on a journey of self-reflection and renewal. W﻿e will open circle with mindfulness that will include breathwork, guided meditation, and a gentle yoga flow. This practice is suitable for anyone, including those new to yoga. Guided by experienced facilitators, we will then embark on a soulful exploration, delving into the themes of intention-setting, manifestation, and inner growth through individual reflection and circle sharing. To close, we will have a group tarot card reading to help us align with the current astrological energies at play. Together, we will harness the potent energy of the New Moon to align our intentions with the lunar cycle and set the stage for personal transformation. ***** PLEASE NOTE: D﻿OORS CLOSE AT 2:10pm *******

TRANSPORTATION &amp; ARRIVALTransportation: Street parking available, however w﻿e encourage folks to Bart, Lyft/Uber or carpool. The closest Bart Station is 12th Street Oakland. A﻿rrival: Briana will be waiting in the lobby to greet you upon arrival. Please enter the Tribune Tower lobby at address provided. Keep your eyes out for the beautiful mural by Rachel Wolf on the side of the tower.

COLLABORATORSY﻿oga &amp; mindfulness will be led by <a href="https://www.instagram.com/maryathomas/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA%3D%3D" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mary Thomas</a>. Mary has a professional background in education, with experience as a high school teacher and currently, non-profit director. Over the last 10 years as an educator, Mary has deepened her commitment to education equity, community healing, and joy as a freedom practice. She is passionate about creating intentional spaces for folks to learn, dream, create, and heal together. Mary received her yoga teaching certificate in 2022, and is a perpetual student of both the practice and life itself. O﻿ur group tarot card reading will be ready by <a href="https://www.skylightspiritualreadings.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Courtney Ronca</a>. Courtney is an Oakland-based intuitive tarot reader and hypnosis practitioner. Her aim in readings is to help you feel supported, seen, and guided. Tarot readings may also include energy reading and communication with your spirit team, ancestors, or those who have passed on.
