New Moon Ceremony with Maddie Juracka
The New Moon is a time to reflect on the previous cycle and set our intentions for the weeks ahead. A time to embrace new beginnings, re-establish a sense of groundedness and take a breath of fresh air. Each New Moon is connected to a different zodiac sign which serves as an insight to the energies and themes that are present for us to work with.
A New Moon in Taurus is an invitation of alignment, clarity, stability, slow movement, security, swithafety and pleasure. An invitation to be present the beauty surrounding us in both grand and small ways. An opportunity to move and grow with enough intention and purpose to enjoy all of it.
During this New Moon Ceremony we will harness the magic and medicine that Taurus brings us to set clear intentions that will support how we anchor the themes of stability, safety and security into our life. We will work with somatic practices and journal inquiry to connect more deeply with ourselves and create space for deep listening. Our ceremony will conclude with a sound bath and guided meditation to integrate any insights and shifts that have occurred. Together, we will co-create a beautiful space for healing and relaxation, allowing you to feel renewed under the Taurus New Moon.
