This 90-hour pre-license course is required for those who want to obtain their New Mexico Real Estate License. Our package also includes 4 nights of Exam Prep. Seating is limited. Our "Live-Online" course is designed to have the students complete reading assignments and quizzes between the actual online sessions so that the students are prepared to engage, discuss and develop e deeper understanding of the topics necessary to assist them in passing the National and State Exams required to obtain their real estate license.

These 3 courses are required for anyone seeking a New Mexico real estate license. The three course outlines required by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission will cover;

The 30 Hours of Real Estate Law Will cover the common ways to describe real property, land use and controls, Contracts, the common law of Agency to include the role of the qualifying broker and relationships with clients and the necessary elements of a deed and forms of property ownership as well as discussion on the Fair Housing Act.

The 30 Hours of Principles and Practice of Real Estate Will include the various types of financing, the appraisal process, transfer of title and the role of the title officer along with discussion on federal laws related to the practice of real estate, as well as investment and tax benefits of owning and managing property.

The 30 Hour Broker Basics Course Will concentrate on the rules and laws specific to New Mexico required to successfully operate as a real estate professional in New Mexico. You’ll gain a necessary understanding of the specific duties and responsibilities and authority assigned to each license type. Additionally, you’ll be exposed to specific environmental regulations, water rights, property disclosure requirements as well as develop knowledge and understanding of the most common types of contracts and additional forms utilized in New Mexico that will help you to mitigate threats to your transactions. Your understanding of the laws and how to work within the boundaries of your authority are paramount to a successful real estate career.
