This week long class supports expedited CBT completion, instructor-led soft skills and Asurion-specific training, and allotted time for hands-on repair.
Instructor-Led: Monday & Friday | 12—4 CDT
Self-Paced: Tuesday – Thursday
To ensure your new hire has proper access to systems on time, please arrange the following:
- uBreakiFix account is created prior to Day 1
- Samsung STG account is created prior to Day 3
We understand your new hire may not have PlusOne immediately, please be diligent in completing this as soon as possible so your team member will be authorized for Asurion & Apple repairs.
Failure to complete any of these tasks may result in your new hire being unable to participate in training and falling behind.
Participants will need the following items to complete training:
- Computer with working audio and access to Zoom
- Webcam on during the entire class
- Noise-cancelling headphones
Please instruct attendees to check their email for the Zoom link prior to class.
Registration ends midnight the Thursday before class.
