Our way of sharing what we do. Every edition, we open up the Cellar Atlas selection, seasonal picks and new arrivals, and invite you to taste through it in good company.

Where is Frank Taal Galerie?

Van Speykstraat 129, 3014 VH Rotterdam. About 15 minutes on foot, 10 by tram, or 5 by bike from Rotterdam Central Station.

What time does it run?

Doors open at 15:00 and close at 19:00. Last entry is at 18:30.

How do I get a ticket?

Tickets are available online only. No door sales on the day.

What does the €20 ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Access to the gallery, all tastings, and bites throughout the afternoon. 21% BTW is included in the price.

How many wines will there be?

Around 20 wines from Austria, Germany, France, and Slovenia.

Question 7

Can I buy bottles on the day?

Not directly at the event. All orders are placed through the Cellar Atlas website and follow our regular delivery times. If something catches your attention on the day, we will make sure you can find it.

Will there be non-alcoholic options?

We will have one wine at 0.5% alcohol. The rest of the selection ranges from 9% to 14%.

Do I need to arrive at a specific time?

Any time between 15:00 and 18:30 works. There is no set schedule to follow.

Is it a guided tasting or free exploration?

Accepted Answer

Both. We will walk you through the collection, but you are free to roam, revisit, and spend as long as you like at any station. The Frank Taal exhibition is open throughout.

How long should I plan to stay?

As long as you like. Most people find the afternoon goes faster than expected.

We will have bites and nuts throughout.

Will the exhibition be open?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Frank Taal exhibition runs alongside the tasting. Printed notes on the works will be available for anyone who wants them.

Do I need to know about wine or art to enjoy it?

Not at all. Cellar Atlas is for the curious. If you are open to trying something new, you are exactly who this afternoon is for.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Can I bring a friend who doesn't drink?

Every guest needs a ticket to enter. Once inside, drinking is entirely optional. The gallery, the atmosphere, and the afternoon are worth the visit on their own.

Is there bag storage or a cloakroom?

Unfortunately not. We recommend travelling light.

Is there parking nearby?

Street parking is available in the area, with a few car parks within a few minutes walk.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer make it, transfers are possible. Get in touch and we will work something out.
