The days include Learning to meal prep by a renowned chef, participate in a variety of exercise opportunities throughout the retreat as well as join in on multiple interactive workshops designed to support behavior change, positive body image, implementing growth mindset techniques, deconstructing cravings and expanding your knowledge surrounding todays hottest wellness topics. You’ll leave this retreat sweaty, armed with the knowledge needed to progress and feeling inspired to forge ahead. Bring a friend or make a friend here!
