Lucinda Brayis a skilled facilitator with over 30 years experience of leading small group interactive learning in industry, universities, and European institutions. She holds an MA in Adult Education and divides her time between Canada and Ireland.Anne McCarthyis a skilled facilitator with personal and professional experience of creatively facilitating change. A graduate of UCC and TCD, she has over 20 years experience of teaching and working in adult education. Living in Ireland, she works in Ireland and internationally.

The Program Outline:
The facilitators will guide you through a five-phase exploration:

<LI>How did I get here?</LI>
<LI>What is my ‘treasure’? (the major skills/capabilities I have developed)</LI>
<LI>What is my vision of the next stage?</LI>
<LI>How do I manage the transition to that vision?</LI>
<LI>What are the first practical steps in that direction?</LI>
</UL>
 
The Learning Format:
This is not a lecture, but a participative workshop that focuses on you, and will bring you together with fellow searchers. During the day, you will work at times alone, in pairs, in small groups and occasionally in the full group. In a reflective natural setting overlooking the sea you will explore key questions using creative tools to help your quest. Kindness and gentleness are necessary at these times of change. The workshop is the container to hold you as you explore, reflect, and gather wisdom to enable you to open doors and cross the bridges towards a fruitful future.
