The Sapphire Room is all-ages and family friendly. Every person that enters must have a ticket.

Will food and beverage be available for purchase?

The Sapphire Room offers a full dinner and bar menu with table-side service. Ticket price does not include food or beverage. Food and beverage purchase is optional and is a la cart.

I require ADA accessible seating. Where will I be most comfortable?

Accepted Answer

Many tables are at bar height. Guests requiring lower seating will be most comfortable at tables 11 - 49. Guests requiring ADA accessible seating will be most comfortable at: 35, 36, 37, 38, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 49. For questions about accessible seating, please email music@riversideboise.com.

How do I get a refund?

You can get a full refund for your tickets up to 48 hours before an event. If you need to request a refund, please email music@riversideboise.com with the name of the event and the name of the ticket buyer.
