<h2>Join Our Neurodynamic Breathwork Session!</h2>Join us at Sati Yoga with guest facilitator Crystal Furlonge for a Neurodynamic Breathwork Session (Based on Holotropic Breathwork) This Breathwork experience activates the body's innate intelligence to release trauma, emotion, and tension stored in the nervous system. This immersive session blends intentional breathing, somatic awareness, and grounding integration to support deep inner healing and energetic renewal and a return to a deeper state of balance and presence. What You May Experience: •⁠ ⁠Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation •⁠ ⁠Emotional release in a safe and supported space •⁠ ⁠Mental clarity and stress relief •⁠ ⁠Reconnection to your body and breath •⁠ ⁠Increased energy and inner calm •⁠ ⁠Greater connection to your body, your intuition, and your inner power This session is open to all levels — no prior breathwork experience is needed. Contraindications: This Breathwork technique is not recommended if you: •⁠ ⁠Are under 18 •⁠ ⁠Are Pregnant •⁠ ⁠Have uncontrolled high blood pressure. •⁠ ⁠Have cardiovascular disease or irregularities. •⁠ ⁠Have a history of strokes, seizures, TIA’s, epilepsy, or aneurysms-personally or in family. •⁠ ⁠Have glaucoma or a detached retina. •⁠ ⁠Are in an advanced stage of Osteoporosis. •⁠ ⁠Have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or PTSD it is important to have a strong support system. •⁠ ⁠Have been hospitalized for psychiatric condition or emotional crisis in the last 10 yrs. •⁠ ⁠Have head or other physical injuries that are not fully healed.
