DeAngelo L. Jelks, Author of the 4-Hour Fix-it Plan, is a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. He Completed his Bachelor's of Science in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia. He had worked with emotionally troubled youth, justice involved youth and adults, homeless, veterans, elderly, suicide ideation clients, and abuse victims in multiple capacities over 19 years.DeAngelo developed the lessons shared in the workshop and book, over years of research, teaching, learning, working and compiling resources.After overcoming his own bout with depression and ideation, DeAngelo was compelled to bring the concise message of decisive action to others.
