What is the Responsive Career Pathways Project?

In March of 2023, the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology (MITT) joined forces with Blueprint to create a proactive career services and skills development model for working Canadians. Through this project, we aim to enable workers to invest in their career development, develop a change-ready mindset, and navigate their careers with clarity and confidence.

Responsive Career Pathways for Working Canadians is funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre. Les chemins de carriére pour les personnes employée est financé par le Centre des Compétences futures du gouvernement du Canada.
